Following is the summary of PMI data released for Asian Countries for the month of December.

SOUTH KOREA MANUFACTURING 46.4 47.1 The Deterioration in manufacturing business conditions was seen as sharpest since February 2009
Taiwan MANUFACTURING 47.1 43.9 The rate of contraction remained weakest since June.
India MANUFACTURING 54.2 51.0 New order growth strengthened to six month high in December, the composite PMI indicated strongest improvement since June
India SERVICES 54.7 52.3 Private sector activity increased at strongest rate in five months. New business rose markedly supporting further growth of output, but inflationary pressures remain, delaying the easing hopes.
China MANUFACTURING 48.7 47.7 Modest deterioration in Business conditions.Quarterly Index reading lowest since Q1 2009.
China COMPOSITE (MANUFACTURING & SERVICES) 50.8 48.9 Modest activity growth in service sector. Jobs growth eases to 33 month low at composite level. China Composite PMI calls for more aggressive easing measures.
Japan MANUFACTURING 50.2 49.1

Marginal Improvement in operating conditions signaled. Jobs growth reached nine month high.
